Which means body pump 🏋🏼‍♀️ I slept for 11 hours last night and still don’t feel completely rested from this week 😴 No running or anything this weekend, just focusing on lifting and NEAT 🔥 Running is the one thing I have time for during the week at the moment, so keeping it all separate! .

workout Getting a little visible muscle back in my arms. And OMFG - I was trying to figure out why the workout I picked was killing me this morning - I had done it before and remembered it being tough but both THAT tough. When I was done, I realized that I had done ground-to-overheads instead of shoulder-to-overheads. 66 of them total in the routine. So yeah, that will up the difficulty factor a bit 😂😂 Good workout, anyway!

Hold two dumbbells, kneel and rest elbows on a bench with a 90 degree bend at the elbows and the dumbbells hanging freely off the edge.

Inhale slowly and allow wrists to move towards the floor without releasing the grip, leaning forward or backward. Hold this position for a second.

Exhale and slowly contract the forearm muscles, rolling the wrists towards you in order to return the dumbbells back to the starting position.

workout Perfecting the bench press is key to working out at your optimum. For some people, the bench press can be one of the most intimidating pieces of equipment in the gym. Here are a few tips to perfecting the bench press:

1) Lie flat on your back on a bench.
2) Grip the bar with hands just wider than shoulder-width apart, so when you’re at the bottom of your move your hands are directly above your elbows. This allows for maximum force generation.
3) Bring the bar slowly down to your chest as you breathe in.
4) Push up as you breathe out, gripping the bar hard and watching a spot on the ceiling rather than the bar, so you can ensure it travels the same path every time.

workout You may be wondering why I’ve posted a photo of a core bag? The reason is because this is how much body fat I’ve lost in 3 months - 10KG. It occurred to me as I lifted this off the rack and thought “how bloody heavy is this thing” and “I can’t believe I’ve gotta squat this” 😂 I realised that 10KG is actually quite a lot! So I just sat there looking at it for a few mins thinking about all the fat that I’m not carrying around anymore 🙈 it actually made me feel really happy with what I’ve achieved so far, I can’t wait to see where the next 3 months can take me. #myplantpoweredtransformation

Para qué sirven los hipopresivos: 
Efectos inmediatos.

En un estudio publicado en la revista cuestiones de fisioterapia (Rial et al., 2014), se valoró que tras una sola sesión de 20 min de hipopresivos, se redujo el perímetro de cintura, aumentó la flexibilidad en columna lumbar e isquiosurales.

En otros estudios similares se valoró la capacidad espiratoria máxima tras una sesión de 20 minutos y además de aumentar la amplitud torácica.

En definitiva, los primeros efectos que los/as practicantes van a sentir son la reducción de cintura, la mayor movilidad torácica, la mejora en la flexibilidad asi como una excelente sensación de confort postural. ✅Fecha de inicio: 7 Septiembre.
