fitnessmotivation Welp I attempted 20.1 and let’s just say I thought I was in much better shape than I am 😂 I finished my G2OH on my 10th set at the 15min mark so I just missed the last set of burpees but damn that sucked. It definitely makes me wanna practice burpees over the bar a lot more! Those destroyed me and I even paced myself ALOT in the beginning. Everything else felt pretty blah today considering how sore I was from yesterday’s workout 🤷🏽‍♀️

Try for 10 rounds. Watch your form and your breathing. Today’s workout felt good. Gary changed his life style completely, he begun to workout our five times a week VS going to the put five times a week.

Gary begun to follow a healthy eating regime which included a more organic food base VS processed food daily.

Gary Begun to do power walks every single day VS staying in eating and drinking beer. 
To finish off Gary followed a well based list of the supplements that he needed to help him achieve results VS smoking

Sometimes you just have to get over the lack of motivation and create habits! Creating a habit is such a great tool against motivation because even when you don’t feel like it, you have the habit of going so you suck it up and go! —

My suggestions in battling the lack of motivation and creating habits!

1. START SMALL! Starting small allows you to get used to incorporating that tiny thing so you can slowly start doing more!
2. START SLOW AND SMART! Start by adding in a walk or run! Go somewhere pretty that you enjoy whether that’s in the mountains, by the river, in the fields, in the neighborhoods, or even at your gym! If you’re at the gym, make a workout or purchase one from someone qualified that you’ll enjoy! I’ve noticed that if you hate the workout or if you’re in pain afterwards, it’s harder to go because you associate it with negative feelings! PROGRESS WILL COME!
3. Make sure you schedule time in your day that is specifically for that workout! Put a reminder in your phone, tell a friend to go with you, get an accountability partner, just make sure you do something that lol ensure you go at that time!
4. Never skip a workout. All days are important! If for some reason you don’t go Wednesday and that was chest day, when you get back to it you NEED to do that day! No do overs, no starting over! HIT EVERY DAY! 
5. Lay your clothes out for the gym the night before or ALWAYS have them ready in the car. Take your pre workout because then YOURE COMMITTED! Find a way to make sure you’re always ready! —

I was apart of sports in school so having discipline has come easy! BUT that does not go to say I don’t have unmotivated days. BECAUSE I DO! I just get over it because I have created habits and that habit is more important than being unmotivated! Did I want to go to the gym this morning? No. But I did because I created a habit! 😊 just like with cleaning the house, washing my face, studying. It’s all the same. 
This is just my advice so don’t come at me with negative bullshit! —
